How to do it
First of all, you should start these work formats with a certified instructor to not injure or throw out your muscle.wear comfortable clothes in which you can kick, jump, punch, and move freely. Bring along water and your towel to keep yourself hydrated all the time. Since our group fitness classes are for both beginner and advanced levels, each member can work out at their own pace.
If you are a beginner, then start slowly. Listen to your body and move from the low impact workout to the high one. Take water breaks when you need them. As an instructor, I will do my best to keep you motivated and determined during the whole process. With practice and patience, you will get better and better and within a few weeks will start seeing and feeling the benefits of this high-intensity workout.
